My journey into technical writing was a bit unconventional. Before transitioning into this field, I worked in application development and later managed tech teams as a Project Manager at a software company, giving me a strong technical foundation. Over time, I discovered my talent for writing and shifted towards technical content creation. I was surprised to find that I enjoyed technical writing far more than software development itself, as it allowed me to combine my love for writing with my fascination for technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alongside my work, I co-author technical books with my wife, Vaishali, who is also a technical writer. Together, we’ve published over 40 books on various topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m always open to experimenting with new techniques and processes to improve my work. My passion lies in bridging the gap between people, processes, and technology, and I specialize in creating comprehensive developer documentation and building robust online help infrastructures \u2014 from setting up servers and HTTP configurations to managing databases and backups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
